Have the model number to hand if you can find it — inside the door, behind the bottom drawer, or on the rear panel. It lets the technician load the likely parts before setting off, which is often the difference between a one-visit and a two-visit repair.

Booking FAQ
What information should I have ready when I call?
The appliance type, the brand, the model number if you can find it, and a clear description of what the appliance is doing. The model number is usually on a sticker inside the door, behind a drawer, or on the back panel. With it, the technician can bring the likely parts on the first visit.
How quickly will you get back to me if I book online?
During our published hours we respond to online bookings within about an hour. If you need service today, calling is faster and gives you a firm answer about same-day availability straight away.
Do you offer free estimates?
We charge a flat diagnostic fee for the visit, and that fee is applied to the repair cost when you go ahead with the work. Nobody can diagnose an appliance accurately without seeing it, and a genuinely free estimate usually means the cost is buried in the repair price instead.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, and cash. Payment is taken after the repair is complete and you are satisfied with the work, not up front.
