What we do differently

Most appliance repair complaints are not really about the repair. They are about a four-hour window that turned into a lost day, a quote that grew once the technician was already inside, or a part that failed again two months later.

We built the business around removing those three problems.

The price is fixed before the work starts

Our technician diagnoses the fault, then gives you a flat, written price for the repair. You decide. Nothing gets added afterwards, and there is no hourly meter running while the technician works.

A two-hour window, and a text when we are on the way

An all-day window is a way of making the company's scheduling problem into the customer's problem. We give a two-hour window and we send a message when the technician leaves the previous job.

Genuine parts, and a warranty in writing

We install manufacturer parts. Aftermarket substitutes are cheaper for us and worse for you — they fail sooner and they can void your appliance warranty. Every repair carries 90 days of coverage on both parts and labor, documented on your invoice.

Honest advice about replacement

Sometimes the right answer is not to repair. A twelve-year-old machine needing a sealed-system repair or a drum rebuild is usually not worth the money, and our technicians are instructed to say so plainly. We would rather lose one job than sell a repair you regret.

Licensing and insurance

We are licensed for gas and electrical appliance work in Illinois and carry liability insurance covering work performed in your home. Gas connections are leak-tested before we leave. Technicians carry identification and will show it at the door.

Brands and equipment

Our technicians hold brand-specific training across the major manufacturers, including premium and built-in lines — Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Miele — that many general repair companies decline to work on.
